Following the terrible tragedy in New York and Washington D.C., and the declaration
of War Against Terror, we felt that a new issue was called for.
Only two weeks before the Kursk submarine sank to the bottom of the Barents Sea, I had written an Essay about the future of Remote Viewing, The Future of The Field. In that Essay, I had pointed out some of the major usages of tactical or operational Remote Viewing, including that of fighting against terrorist attacks, and undersea recovery. Perhaps I had an inkling of what was to come.
Now I am issuing our own version of our President's "call to arms" and asking all Members of the Psi Squad to join me in locating cells of these people in our own Country, and abroad. We were able to tell the FBI that two of the flights scheduled to attack Washington D.C. had been averted - and gave location on Sept. 12 of one in Canada (which has been discovered whether due to our tip or the extraordinary efforts of Law Enforcement) and another. The ability to Remote View and to learn to use this ability in a manner helpful to our Communities and to our Countries is real. We know this, we have been using this ability in exactly this way since 1971. During the Cold War we used it to help our Government locate installations, which were considered of importance to our leaders. At that time, I was also asked to prepare a training program for the Government which would lead to training operatives in the type of 'scanning' which is possible and helpful in such work. This was in 1977. I am re-working this training program to bring it up to today's more specific knowledge about remote viewing and remote sensing scans and the vast amount of knowledge they can provide. This has not been a part of the training programs we have offered, but is a natural offshoot of them...although very specific and focused. Several Members of the Squad have suggested that it would be good to put this scanning procedure into an addition to our training programs, or into a short training course. I am also considering this at this time. Scans of this type can locate any target in any area of the world, and could prove of direct help in locating questionable or dangerous persons anywhere, especially of the type that on Sept. 11 attacked two of our Cities. For the last year we have been already using this skill against a similar target important to counter-terrorism. The call from our Government is for the resources of 'human intelligence' (HumInt in Governmentese) and we feel that these abilities we have spent so many years sharpening, as did the Stargate program in the Military, are a tool of great value in these times and in the future. We are going to devote all our resources to this goal.
If you are still wondering why you should learn to use your own basic built-in abilities at remote viewing, it is time to stop wondering and get busy at doing just this. Those of us who have done so already are privileged amongst Citizens to be able to actually do something of value rather than just sitting back and wringing our hands. That's quite a good feeling.
Precognition: This skill is another you already have, though you may not know it. To PSI, 'time' has no meaning, and you can learn to use your mind to gain information from the 'future' just as we do in reconstructing something that happened in the 'past'. It is painful to realize that for the week before Sept. 11, 2001, and most especially the night of the 10th, many of us were on edge, restless, nervous, and some of us spent the early hours of Sept. 11th on the phone together, wondering just what was going on. We did not take time to do a 'scan' - but that is a mistake that won't be made again! A Premonitions Bureau has been suggested by many who are in this field, and through research, I find that one is already operative under the supervision of Dr. Dale Graff, on his own website. If Dr. Graff has a direct link I will Post this on our Website. We know that the mind is capable of doing these things. This is no myth, no fantasy, no pseudo-science 'belief'. I have seen total beginners with no training at all, hold a small object, and provide specific and detailed information about the object and its location and history that would rock the skeptics to their core! I wrote a piece about that after the first Remote Viewing conference in Ruidoso, NM in 1999 where an untrained and skeptical reporter for Popular Science held a Ziploc bag with a spoonful of mud in it and described in detail a prehistoric site he'd never seen nor visited, and with no clues at all. The same type of work was done by Dr. L. Bartlett and is the Introduction to my book The Psychic Paradigm, and has been on our website for years. She held a small stone and 'saw' in her mind the City of Dallas and got the name 'Jack Kennedy'. The stone was taken by my own hands from Dealey Plaza - the site of JFK's assassination. Dr. Bartlett was a researcher, skeptic, and had no training in PSI of any kind. I have also told the story of Muriel Mavrakos, heir to a huge candy fortune, who'd taken one of my Classes, and at a lecture I was giving in St. Louis, was able to provide all eight serial numbers from a dollar bill sealed in an envelope, and thereby won the dollar and got her picture on the front page of a local newspaper. She'd had some training, yes. But the average number most can get on an identical target is five out of the eight numbers on the target dollar! With the training, she got them all. And so can you.
