US Psi Squad Mission Statement
Regarding the Russian Submarine

The purpose of the U. S. Psi Squad is the same as that of most of our Members who are Police - to protect and to serve.

The reason that our remote view task involving the Russian nuclear submarine, KURSK, was undertaken was that we attempt to save lives if possible, and on the 14th of August it was only rumored that 'a nuclear submarine' was in trouble.

In this case, our motive was to attempt to discover if any of the crew were still alive, and if so, to try and get that information to the proper authorities. This was our whole purpose.....our only purpose.

During the remote view of the 14-15th of August, it was then apparent that a terrible explosion had occurred upon the sub marine - yet there were survivors.

Because it was not apparently a nuclear explosion, but from some other source - it was possible that those survivors, few in number, might yet be saved.

It was not our intention to pry into, nor to blame, any 'reason' for the accident...nor any particular cause. It was apparent also that the damage could not be considered to be from a collision. If it had, our concern would have been the safety of the other vessel, if any. But it was not apparently a collision accident, but an explosion followed by a second explosion, much larger. Conditions on the boat were extreme, but survivable for a short time. It was our job to get that information to the proper sources, which we did.

When it was apparent on the 20th that assuredly all crew on the submarine KURSK were now dead - we were grieved, and at that time ceased to continue the remote views. To my knowledge, no member of the group or associates has returned to disturb the peace of those lost on board.

The Psi Squad is not a Group which does remote views on high-profile targets such as airplane crashes, etc., unless there is a possibility that lives might be saved. This would eliminate many crashes such as the recent Concorde in which no one survived. We have taken on a number of air accidents in which the location of the aircraft was not known, including a Lear Jet which was lost 2 years ago, and did this at the request of an official in charge of the Search. We do not, I repeat, do NOT, remote view 'famous' cases, nor are we seeking some kind of 15-minute 'fame' in choosing what missions we will work and those we will not. We also do not do remote views on famous crimes. If we are asked to help by a law enforcement source - we do our very best to provide that help. We are not 100% - no one is. But we provide what we've been trained to retrieve, data.

The Leadership of the Squad rests in the capable hands of a fine Police Lieutenant in his Department, (a Squad member for almost thirty years) and those of Beverly Jaegers, Squad founder. There is an advisory council. We have members in four other Countries.

We are no-nonsense individuals who have been trained to use a skill - the skill of remote viewing, which is the ability to 'see' in the mind's eye, a target, at any distance and in past, present or future.

Our Training Procedures are common-sense and effective in the extreme. Capability in remote viewing comes from this excellent Training, and from hours and days of dedicated work and practice in remote viewing actual targets. We offer this no-nonsense training to others at a very nominal fee.

Our work is normally for one or another Police Department or some other branch of Law Enforcement - provided to them at no cost. We also act as resource personnel for scientists such as archaeologists and a paleontologist.

The KURSK was exceptional - yet fit into the rationale of the Psi Squad in that if lives could be saved, it was important to do the work, and to try to provide the data received to those who were in a position to help those alive at the bottom of the sea.

We feel that all humans are brothers, and that National differences should be disregarded in a case like this. Some of us are ex-Navy...some are civilians. It's curious, but when death or danger is involved, all Navies are one Navy - all Armies are one Army - all humans are part of the human race.

We join with the Russian people in our grief at the loss of their fine vessel and their sons in uniform.

Beverly Jaegers
